Korra's relationships with world leaders are so funny like:

-Korra has had falling outs with her father, the Chief of the Southern Water Tribe. Not that serious but hey.

-Korra has argued (several times) with Tenzin, leader of the Air Nation and one of the former councilmen of Republic City. Again not that serious but hey.

-Korra literally argued with and fought and was bloodbent Tarrlok, another councilman of Republic City.

-Korra fought (and kind of killed) her uncle Unalaq, the Chief of the Northern Water Tribe. She also fought her cousins Eska and Desna, the current Chiefs.

-Korra's relationship with Raiko —president of the United Republic— was so good (sarcastic) that they both argued and yelled at each other in public and he banished her from Republic City for the entirety of Book 3. At least she gets along with Zhu Li now.

-Korra got along so well with the Earth Queen (also sarcastic) that she yelled at her, organized a prison break and ended up being a fugitive in the Earth Kingdom. At least she's chill with Wu.

-Korra fought Kuvira —who was also leader of the Earth Kingdom/Empire/whatever—. Twice.

Basically, the only nation that hasn't had a leader with whom Korra hasn't had any beef with (serious or unserious)... is the Fire Nation. She's yelled at, argued with or physically fought any kind of leader from all nations except the Fire Lord. Which is a big contrast with Aang lmao.

You're not particularly of note, you're nothing, sorry to say it special. No secret heritage, no secret connection to Monarch before meeting the moth titan, but when you find yourself face to face with her, you feel calm and safe.

She's radiating warmth and comfort and quietly as she can squeaks at you, trying to bid you closer to her.

A bad idea really, extremely bad idea but she just looks so soft and loving, so you walk up to her and gently rest a hand on her head, running your fingers through her fuzz.

After the first encounter, Monarch realized they could use you to help locate her so you now have a decent cushy life as the Mothra whisperer among the two twins, the Ziyis.

Dr. Chen is absolutely fascinated to hear about your connection to Mothra, she's one of your main friends in the company who comes to visit you often.

Mothra never lingers for long, but she comes by to visit and rests with you awhile, allowing you to pet and climb on her if you wish, though she makes panicked noises if you accidental stumble, she doesn't really have alot of arm to catch you so girl is NERVOUS.

You're her little human, she'd hate to see you get hurt, regardless if she knows she can fix it.

Goji knows where Mothra is going, to see a human, and he's very against, trying to growl and grunt his point of view to Mothra, but she will have none of it. He rolls his eyes and thumps his tail, trying to emphasize that it is a bad idea and it'll get her hurt.

Mothra has never listened to a man and will not do so now, so she continues her visits with you, coming to him smelling of human.

At this point, he's gonna come see you himself, Mothra is beautiful, caring and a more peaceful titan.

Goji is not, which is why he has no issues with breaching the water next to the Monarch base and coming to find you.

He does take SOME care to not needlessly destroy everything around him, staying in the water and just standing there menacingly as fuck, everyone freaks the fuck out until Mothra follows him, resting on his back, her appendages wrapped gently on Gojis scales.

That's when they figure to send you out, neither Kaiju are attacking, but they know very clearly of Mothra's soft spot for you, so it's a insurance that she'd step in against her husband if he goes rouge.

So they send you out, you humming a village song that Dr.Chen taught you, alerting Mothra of your presence.

She flaps her wings excitedly, leaving her spot on Goji to get to you, her wings enclose the two of you, her way of giving you a hug.

Goji grumbles but gets closer, moving to lay his chest on the ground so he can get a good look at you.

You're so, squishy looking, kinda stupid looking as well, with your big eyes trained on him in fear.

He brings his snout closer, his breath making your hair blow around your face.

Mothra let's out a noise, probably a warning to her King to not do anything stupid.

You can see his visibly roll his fucking eyes at her and then he trains his eyes on yours, directly making eye contact.

He then exhales, the gust of wind knocking you over from the force, he laughs. He honest to god LAUGHS AT YOU.

You can't help but laugh back, from nerves and the fact that he seems so eerily human in this instant.

Mothra slaps him with one of her arms, shaking her head at him, speaking in a language you're sure only exists between them.

Goji uses the tip of his tail to give you something to prop yourself up against, you didn't scream of fear, he hasn't been shot at yet, he figures you're alright, for a human.

The concept of this AU borrows a lot of ideas from the animanga Sugar Sugar Rune! ^^ It’s an older shojo series that I always think of when Halloween season arrives. Sugar Sugar Rune is about two years witches who are best friends, Chocolat and Vanilla, who compete to capture the most hearts in the human world. Whoever is victorious will become queen of the Magical World—but with love comes danger. If their own hearts get stolen, then they can lose their lives.

I should add, I currently don’t intend to write a fic based on this, I just wanted to braindump my ideas out and speculate on how this AU would work.

And now, without further ado…!

I think a good place to start is to explain the key points about the world and other relevant lore! Then we will get into the characters. (No story spoilers though, this AU won’t follow the original plot of Sugar Sugar Rune to a T!)

So the Magical World of Sugar Sugar Rune is where all magical creatures, including witches and wizards, reside. In the Magical World, ecure (or hearts), crystallized emotions, serve as an energy source and currency. Mages must frequently venture into the Human World in order to "harvest "pick up"/harvest ecure since humans have the unique ability to regenerate their hearts even when already stolen. Contrasting humans, mages only have one heart. That means if a mage's heart is taken, they will surely die. When mages fall in love with one another, they exchange their hearts during their wedding vows. They have to be careful who they fall in love with, as they can literally "die of a broken heart" if their partner betrays them. It's ill-advised for a mage to fall in love with a human, as while humans lack the ability to "pick up" hearts, a mage has to voluntarily hand their heart over if they reach a certain point (the color red)

Speaking of red!! Ecure/hearts can come in various colors depending on the emotion associated with it. Each color (and thus emotion) is associated with a different value, which roughly aligns with the value of the Japanese yen. The values are, as follows:

Yellow or Jaune - surprise, fear (5 ecure)

Orange - love at first sight, crush, infatuation (300 ecure)

Green or Vert - friendship (350 ecure)

Rainbow - happiness, delight, amusement (500 ecure)

Pink or Rose - the beginning stages of love, sweet love (1000 ecure)

Purple or Violet - lust, forbidden love (2500 ecure)

Blue or Bleu - respect (3000 ecure)

Red or Rouge - passionate love (5000 ecure)

Black or Noir - hatred, jealousy (no known value, hurts mages) I think this works really well with the concept of Blot in Twst—

White or Blanc - innocence (no known value, purified black heart; has restorative or healing properties)

Besides serving as energy and currency, ecure are also a way of counting points for Queen Candidacy. In the Magical World, the ruler is determined not by birth by through a competition in which candidates compete to see who can collect the most ecure (I believe over the span of a year). In the original Sugar Sugar Rune, the two candidates are Vanilla and Chocolat. The former is shy, sweet, and sort of a crybaby, with her mother being the current queen. Chocolat is the daughter of the queen's former competitor and comes off as more of a brash tomboy.

So what I'm proposing for the Sugar Sugar Rune x Twst AU is :DD basically keep all the lore but replace the two protags with MALLEUS (as Vanilla) AND LEONA (as Chocolat). They won’t be besties like the original MCs were, but more like traditional rivals because it would be funny lmao

Malleus is the more regal and composed of the two (he is literally a crown prince), so he has that obvious parallel with Vanilla. Not only that, but he's more withdrawn and has deep insecurities about being alone (also similar to Vanilla). I think his reputation could play well into the AU as well; in the Magical World, everyone fears him so he’s used to being alone—but in the Human World, he’s beloved for being awkward and mysterious (reflecting the international Twst fandom’s adoration for the guy). Malleus would feel obligated to win to carry on his family’s legacy but also because he feels like if he doesn’t, he has nothing left. No friends, no people to keep at his side—but if he has the status of King, then he’ll have a whole nation looking to him. Since his mom is uh… “with the stars”, the current Magical World queen could be his grandmother, and Malleus may feel like he has that legacy to live up to.

Leona, like Chocolat, is the underdog. What he lacks in status (as crown prince) he makes up for in intelligence and charisma, which nets him many followers in the Magical World. He comes off as tough and hard to approach to humans who aren’t used to his demanding attitude though, so it puts him at a disadvantage in the competition. He’s very much the “bad boy” similar to how Chocolat wasn’t a traditionally girly girl, but it’s ultimately the heart of gold buried underneath his hard edges that will eventually put him toe-to-toe with Malleus. I think Leona’s reasoning for wanting to be King would be similar to what he expresses in his original source material—to prove himself worthy, regardless of the family or order he was born in. Maybe he was almost not considered to be a candidate at all and his brother Falena was supposed to compete? Or alternatively, Falena is Malleus’s real competitor but Leona snuck into the Human World as an upstart/self-imposed third entry 😂

Chocolat and Vanilla have a mentor mage in the Human World named Robin (who is a famous rock star fjsvwisnksks). He’s the one who explains things to them and serves as their guardian figure while they room together and study at a human school for the Queen Candidacy.

What I’m thinking is that Leona and Malleus will venture into the Human World under the guidance of… Crowley 🤡 LISTEN, IT WOULD BE FUNNY Crowley does a lot of the exposition in Twst, so he could reprise that role here. He is also vain and thinks highly of himself (but ultimately cherishes his students) like Robin. Picture Crowley having to mediate between Leona and Malleus fighting every second of the day while living together—

That’s honestly all we need to replace to get the AU rolling. If we want to, we could expand the Queen (King now I guess) Candidacy to have more candidates. Then maybe the other Twst characters could also participate but the story could still center on Malleus and Leona as the two to “keep an eye on”/audience favorites.

I don’t really know where I’m going with this 🤔 but I do think this could be a fun AU for like. Yume/self insert scenarios so you can angst about whether your feelings are real or fabricated so [insert mage of choice here] can harvest ya like a plant… Or angst about not being able to be with [insert mage of choice here] because they might literally perish… Many possibilities!

Would your Yona also have feelings for Link? Or perhaps she sees him as a good friend? Would Sidon get jealous seeing Link ride HER in the water lol

Hmm, so I've been hesitant to answer this, but I kind of want to! I'll just say that what I'm GOING to say isn't canon for Secret Confessions when it comes to Link, but this is how I like to write her character, and to make full sense of it, I'll just say how I imagine both Yona's relationships w/ Sidon and Link here...

Yona I imagine was a childhood friend of Sidon, who met him through her family member, Muzu. As she's from the same domain Muzu/Dorephan was from originaly before Dorephan married Sidon/Mipha's mother and moved into the Hyrule Zora's Domain. Yona was there to comfort Sidon after he lost Mipha, as the two both mourned her and leaned on each other. Though, the two spent less time together as Sidon grew older, so their romantic feelings didn't grow until after their arranged marriage.

I HC Yona to be like demiromantic + asexual, so I view Yona and Sidon's romance differently than Sidon and Link's. Yona loves Sidon as her husband. Her love for him is strong, and she feels so safe in his arms and by his side. She didn't have romantic feelings for him when they were first arranged, but he's just so charismatic and lovable, and quite honestly funny. In a way Yona didn't get to see much when he was younger. She can't get over how much heart he's grown to have, but still manage to be the most lovable ditz in her life. She worried at first with the marriage that it would be nothing more than a political one, especially as she grew very aware of Sidon's blatant attraction for his dearest friend, but she quickly realized how big his heart was. That she also had a place in it. Sidon fell in love with Yona's comfort, her genuine care, and the way she's able to speak so heartfelt with such ease and consideration. She's the smartest person he knows, and he's so happy that she's the Zora Queen. He also loves how cuddly she is, and that when the two are alone, it's spent in each others arms. She's so comforting.

After Link joins the picture, Yona is more than happy to see Sidon's heart full. That, and she most definitely can enjoy breaks from her husband, and even though she enjoys his cuddles and endless compliments, she also enjoys her alone time. She also feels glad that Sidon has someone that... loves him in a way she doesn't. She's never felt pressured by Sidon to be intimate. Even with him always explaining his love for her isn't defined by intimacy, she's found herself guilty for not loving Sidon in that way. The first time she spots a Zora bite on Link, she's overwhelmed with laughter. She's happy, and Link clearly is too, as he isn't trying to hide it at all. Yona feels a weight of sort off her shoulders from this... so thankfully Link had a mark on his LMAO.

When it comes to sleeping arrangements, if Link is there that night, the three share a bed in Sidon and Yona's quarters that is big enough for the three. Where Link and Yona sandwich Sidon between them, and the three cuddle the night away. Yona, at first, is cautious about sticking to her side of the bed. She wants to avoid Link, not because she dislikes him, but she knows he loves Sidon, not her. She doesn't mind sticking to her side of the bed, but one morning when she wakes up to Link cuddling her and Sidon snoring on the other side of Link, she's overwhelmed. Though, she strangely feels comforted, and she quite enjoys it, which only causes her alarm and she gently unwraps Link around her. This happens a few times, and Yona feels a bit confused at the experiences. She doesn't DISLIKE them, but she also feels a bit guilty when she admits she is finding Link quite comforting in the way she finds Sidon.

Yona finds herself giggling more at Link's feral like behaviors. Finding herself blushing a bit when Link and Sidon swim around the reservoir. When she and Link talk alone, she feels a comfort that leaves her confused. She wants to know more, be around him more, but she knows that isn't what Link wants.

But again, one morning after she wakes up, she's met with Sidon on the other side of Link. Sidon is awake, and with Yona's movements, Link awakens, too. Yona expects Link to give his usual morning kiss to Sidon, but with Link used to Sidon being to his left, he, without opening his eyes, gives Yona a peck, leaving Sidon AND Yona both confused and speechless. Link opens his eyes to the sight, and immediately apologizes, turning redder than Sidon. Yona explains all is well, but her heart is racing, and she's overwhelmed because she LIKED the kiss, and with her guilt, she runs out.

Later that day, Link meets Yona alone, and he apologizes for the morning. Link noticed Yona hadn't returned from the reservoir, and knew this accidental kiss was something they wouldn't just forget about. When Link apologizes, Yona apologizes too, as she admits she liked it, and that she apologizes for falling for Link, too. Link is silent for what feels like a long time. But when he walks over to Yona and hugs her, she's surprised. Link admits he's grown his own love for Yona with their time spent together. It's different than his love for Sidon, but it's more than just as a friend. He does love her, and he's sorry for the kiss, but if she's okay with it, he'd like to make a proper kiss next time. To which Yona agrees, and the two kiss again.

Sidon of fucking course is overly excited at the news, as this presents so many more cuddling and date options. The three get along swimmingly, and well, Sidon wouldn't get jealous of Link swimming on Yona's back. He'd just be waiting impatiently for his turn LMAO.

Four months. It’s been four glorious months since you met your soulmate, your Lover, the Queen of your Heart, your everything. 

You got to know one another pretty quickly the days following that fateful Sunday, going on dates like any normal couple would do. Taylor took you to her favorite restaurants in the city, and more often than not she would also drag you along to her recording studio. You love these private moments the best, being able to listen to her enchanting voice away from prying eyes. Often times you record Taylor in front of her mic, completely bewitched by the passion she showcases each and every time she performs any of her song for you. 

You met the rest of her family and friends on her birthday three months ago, which was an event in and of itself. Andrea had been nothing but sweet to you, and although Scott had looked at you with narrowed eyes at first it didn’t take long for him to warm up to you. Taylor’s brother acted as though he knew you since forever, telling you embarrassing childhood memories about the singer every chance he could. Taylor acted like it bothered her to no end, but you knew otherwise. 

Robin had insisted that you invite Taylor and her parents over at her house for Christmas Day, telling you that it would be a good opportunity for all the in laws to meet. Your soulmate’s parents loved the idea, and now you knew where Taylor’s love language came from, because the way Andrea’s car was half full of presents for your nephews wasn’t even funny. As you predicted, Taylor fell in love with little James the first time she laid eyes on him. The little boy even had that weird but cute phase a month ago where he refused to sleep anywhere else other than in Taylor’s arms, but it all came to a stop the day you blasted Wonderland from your phone and the baby fell asleep on the couch. It was then discovered that while James loved your soulmate, it was the sound of her voice that lulled him to sleep. It still didn’t prevent Taylor from bragging about it to everyone. Even to Tree. 

It was, of course, inevitable that pictures of you would start circulating all over the internet. You were aware that it was a possibility, but the day you saw a man standing outside your daycare with his gigantic camera filming your every move was the day you clearly lost your shit. That was a complete breech of privacy and the children didn’t deserve this, nor did you. If not for the countless bodyguards Taylor had patrolling around the block the man would be six feet underground, and you were sure the remains of his camera could still be found where you crushed it with all your strength on the street that day. Serves him right!

However, the thing that surprised you the most was that Taylor’s fans, the Swifties, defended you on the internet every chance they could. Someone tried to badmouth you in a video? Comments immediately flooded by angry swifties. Another tries to belittle you when they find out where you work? Best be sure someone would find out their name, address, phone number and place of work faster than you could blink and send it all to their boss, effectively getting them fired. Of course there were still those whom were less than supportive of your relationship with Taylor, but those who were supportive held a special place in your heart. 

Speaking of Taylor’s fans, you could hear all seventy thousands of them talking and screaming out in the stadium, waiting for your soulmate to come on stage for her first ever show of her new world tour, The Eras Tour. 

To say that you didn’t cry tears of joy when Taylor told you she was going on tour for more than a year would be a lie. You were so happy for her, glad that all her hard work would finally pay off. Although she didn’t tell you which song she would put on the set list, you know it’s going to be amazing to see. Simply looking at her sitting next to you in her pink and blue bodysuit as well as her brand new knee-high boots made you loose your mind. 

Now the hazardous contraption meant to transport her unnoticed for the beginning of the show was another thing. 

‘’But babe what if you die in that thing? What am I going to tell the kids?’’ 

‘’Darling don’t be so dramatic,’’ Taylor says as she holds you against her, head over yours. ‘’Olivia, Meredith, Benjamin and Bailey will be okay. They’ll have their second mom with them if I die.’’ 

‘’TAYLOR!’’ 

‘’What? They love you more than me anyway! But seriously Charlie, I’ll be okay. I promise,’’ your soulmate kisses you on the nose and you finally relax. You know it’s a bit childish of you to worry about something like this, because no one on Taylor’s team would allow her to do something stupid and/or dangerous (you still had doubts). ‘’It’s just a cleaning cart, and look! There’s a blanket at the bottom, and I’ll be sitting on it the whole time. You can even walk next to it before they bring you to the tent, alright? You won’t get rid of me that easily.’’ 

‘’Tay I love you too much to even think about getting rid of you.’’ 

‘’Say that again?’’

‘’I love you Taylor, forever and always.’’ 

Taylor kisses you then, her lips taking control of yours, but before it can go further like it usually does when you’re alone together and your soulmate gets too into it, someone clears their throat behind you. You almost yank yourself away from Taylor but she keeps the kiss going for another ten second before she releases you with a smirk upon her face. 

‘’There, something to make you think of me for the next three and a half hours,’’ Taylor declares, giving you one last kiss on the cheek. She winks at you before she gets up and turns towards the redhead whom interrupted you. ‘’You couldn’t let me have this one moment with my soulmate did you?’’ 

‘’Taylor, you know as well as I do that you can’t miss your entrance, it’s the first night of your Tour, it must be perfect,’’ Tree, the woman of the hour, says as she waves at you. The publicist had made it clear at the very beginning of your relationship that she didn’t appreciate Taylor’s little stunt of not listening to her directives, but she was also smart enough to recognize that it was a little bit harsh to command the singer to stay away from you for months. Tree also quickly became one of your favorite people in the world, the main reason being that she was ready to ride at dawn for Taylor in the blink of an eye. ‘’Come on Taylor, get inside the damn cleaning cart. The sooner you get to the stage the sooner my headache will go away.’’ 

‘’Awww, are you saying I’m the solution to all your problems?’’ 

‘’You wish,’’ Tree rolls her eyes and turns to you. ‘’Your family is safe and waiting for you. Theo insisted that I tell you to hurry up, as he wants to ‘watch aunty TayTay singing on stage with aunty Charlie next to me or I’ll be mad at her forever’. I would do what he says, just to be sure.’’ 

You put your earplugs in your ear before anything else, observing with apprehension as Taylor gets in the cleaning cart. You’re able to see her smile up close one last time before one of her staff member closes the door and you’re all off. 

Outside, the sound is almost deafening. Despite your earplugs being in, you can still hear the thousands of fans screaming and singing along to the music that’s playing before Taylor gets on. Some of them notice you walking behind the cleaning cart, confused but happy to see you there nonetheless. You put a finger over your mouth, winking at them and pointing to the cleaning cart with your other hand, laughing as you hear quite a few Swifties shouting ‘’OH MY GOD TAYLOR! TAYLOR’S IN THERE YOU GUYS!’’. You did help them in figuring it out, but honestly how they guessed it so quick is incredible. 

Once you arrive behind the scene and away from prying eyes, Taylor finally gets out of her deathtrap. You swiftly jump onto her and the singer is all too pleased to let you do so, squeezing your backside as you wrap your legs around her waist. 

‘’You’re alive thank gods!’’ 

‘’Honestly you’re just being dramatic darling,’’ Taylor whispers against your neck, pressing her lips against your skin. You shiver as you feel the ghost of her tongue tracing a pattern up and down your neck, a pleasurable pain radiating from it as Taylor bites down on your skin. She reaches your lips and proceeds to give you one of her special breath stealing kiss, teeth trapping your lower lip as she lets you down from her. ’’Now off you go. If you look for me, I’ll be the one in the sparkly outfits!’’ 

‘’Love you Taylor!’’ 

‘’Love you too Charlie!’’ 

Tree rolls her eyes at you when you join her, acting like she’s horrified by your display of affection but you know she secretly loves seeing Taylor so happy with you. There is a clock on the giant screen when you walk out, and Tree starts cursing under her breath as she urges you on. The security guards around you keep people from getting too close as you get to the VIP tent, but a teenager with her hand held towards you catches your eye. She has her arms full of friendship bracelets, a new tradition from Taylor’s fans that you love, and when you lock eyes with her something clicks in your head. 

Despite Tree’s slight protest you go towards the exited teen, your own hand full of one of the many friendship bracelets Taylor helped you make. You hand it to her as she gives you one of hers, tears of happiness running down her face. 

‘’OH MY GOD THANK YOU! We love you so much!’’ The teen shouts, showing of her new bracelet to her friend next to her. ‘’Mia look! Oh my god thank you so much again! Exile is my favorite one from Folklore, how did you know?!’’ 

‘’Just a hunch,’’ you answer with a smile and a wink. You see her hesitantly looking down at her phone. ‘’Do you want a picture maybe? It’s okay if you do, we have approximately…a little more than one minute until Taylor comes out.’’ 

‘’YES PLEASE!’’ 

The picture gets taken, and when you hand the girl’s phone back to her you sneakily whisper in her ear. 

‘’Take care of that bracelet or Taylor will be very much upset you’ve lost one of her creation.’’ 

Tree drags you away with all her strength, the girl’s screams of surprise and joy still echoing in your ears as you reach yours and Taylor’s families. Andrea and Scott both give you a hug when they see you, quickly letting you go when you hear your best friend shouting your name. 

‘’BESTIE FINALLY! Where the heck were you?!’’ 

You go to answer Sam but your best friend quickly cuts you off, laughing as she points to your neck. 

‘’You know what? Forget I asked, it was a stupid question anyway,’’ Sam keeps laughing as your entire face turns red, acutely aware of Taylor’s parents watching over you and the apparent hickey on your neck. ‘’ALEX! You owe me fifty bucks for this! I told you she was late because they were fuck-‘’ 

‘’HUSH!’’ Try as you might, everyone in the VIP tent heard Sam. Even your own sister was laughing at you, the traitor. ‘’Must you always bet on us like that?’’ 

‘’What can I say? With these kinds of bets, I always win,’’ Sam answers with a wink, throwing her arm over your shoulder. She gives you a kiss on the cheek as she steers you towards your sister and the rest of your family. ‘’But you love me anyway Charlie. And Taylor does too, that’s why it’s easy to guess where you are and what you’re doing if you’re not with us.’’ 

‘’…are we really that predicable?’’ 

‘’Sweetie, you two were literally late for Christmas because Taylor couldn’t get her hands off of you,’’ you hear your mother say. She hugs you too, ruffling your hair in the process. ‘’She had her shirt inside out, and you were missing a sock.’’ 

‘’You were barely able to walk too.’’ 

‘’GET IT GIRL!’’ 

‘’SAM SHUT UP!’’ 

Suddenly the crowd goes wild and your eyes are inevitably drawn to the stage. The clock has reached its final seconds, and when it slowly disappears from the screen even you can’t help but share in everyone’s excitement. You hold your breath as the introduction starts, the dancers getting on stage with their gigantic colorful props. When one of them bends down with his giant prop touching the stage,  your heart skips a beat because you have a pretty good feeling about what’s about to happen. 

‘’GET IT AUNTY TAY TAY!’’ Theo screams when all the other dancers join the first one. His bright little mind apparently reached the same conclusion as you. ‘’I’m so excited!’’ 

Taylor appears on stage in her jaw-dropping bodysuit, capturing your heart all over again as she starts singing her seventh track of her seventh album. You must look like a fool as you stand there with tears running down your face, eyes glued upon your soulmate moving along to her own music. Everyone around you is either singing or dancing while your mind is still processing what it’s seeing. 

You’re perfectly aware of your family filming your reaction to the show, can even see some of the fans doing the same, yet the tears won’t stop. Months ago you were living a normal life, in your cozy little apartment with your cat and going to work everyday, hoping and praying that one day your soulmate would show up. 

And show up she did, stealing your body and soul as soon as she was able to get her hands on you. Taylor loves you, as you do her. 

‘’Aunty Charlie are you crying?’’ Theo’s little voice asks you when Taylor is done singing You Need To Calm Down. You feel your nephew’s arms wrap around your waist as your soulmate gets handed a pink guitar. ‘’Are you sad because aunty Tay Tay is far away from you?’’ 

‘’I’m very much happy right now Theo,’’ you answer as you take him in your arms. ‘’I know she’ll get back to me before the night ends, and this is very much important to her. Do you understand that sweet boy?’’ 

‘’I think…’’ 

Theo suddenly gets this mischievous little smile upon his face as he turns his eyes back on Taylor. 

‘’I think this night is very much important for aunty TayTay too.’’ 

‘’Of course it is Theo, it’s her first show of-‘’ 

‘’No! She wants to ask you to-humph!’’ 

Your sister is quick to cover your nephew’s mouth, glaring at him as if he was about to say something he shouldn’t. You get the feeling that it might as well be the case here, observing the way Robin is silently communicating with Theo. The little boy glances at Taylor on stage, then back at you, then once again at Taylor. 

‘’I’m sorry mommy, I almost ruined it.’’ 

You don’t linger on this much longer as you hear Taylor say your name. She’s playing some chords on her guitar and you can feel her eyes boring into you from all the way up there on stage. The huge screen at her back even has your blushing face displayed for the entire stadium to see. 

‘’I wrote this next song long before we met and I want the whole stadium…what am I saying, I want the whole world to know that from this moment and for the rest of our life I’ll sing it for you. Forever and always Charlie, remember?’’ 

The crowd goes wild again as Taylor sings the first lyrics to Lover but you’re still stuck on her very public declaration to you. Yes, she made a social media announcement about you two being together, yet somehow this right there felt like so much more. The whole time she keeps looking at you, her lips moving along to her lyrics, telling a story to the crowd while her eyes convey something of a deeper meaning to you. 

You don’t stop crying when The Archer starts, not even when Theo jumps into your arms at the beginning of the Fearless era part of the show, screaming along to the song of the same name. The only thing able to bring you back to your normal self is Taylor once again saying your name at the end of Love Story and blowing a kiss your way. 

‘’Are you feeling big feelings right now aunty Charlie?’’ 

‘’I-I think I am little man,’’ you whisper as you hug your nephew hard against you. Theo is holding onto you like a koala to its tree, little eyes jumping from you, to the stage, to the crowd and back to you again. ‘’I love her so much.’’ 

‘’Awww me too, I love her,’’ Theo admits, and you laugh. Your nephew starts playing with the bracelets around your wrists just as you recognize the first notes to Willow. ‘’Do you think I can sneak on stage with aunty TayTay?’’ 

‘’You could certainly try.’’ One glare from your sister makes you backtrack immediately. ‘’Although maybe that’s not such a good idea. There’s a lot of people on stage, you could fall and hurt yourself you know?’’ 

The rest of the show goes by and the more you see of Taylor performing, the more you think that your life and hers especially couldn’t get any better. You quite literally start drooling when the Reputation set starts, knees trembling all throughout …Ready For It?, admiring her red and black snake outfit. It sticks to her body like a second skin, and there comes a moment when your mind goes ‘’Damn, this would be a pain in the ass to get off of her…but so worth it.’’  and it must’ve shown on your face because the next thing you know Sam is smirking at you as her wife, Alex, keeps filming your face diligently. 

When Delicate comes the entire stadium shouts the iconic chant to the song, and you know it shouldn’t surprise you yet it did, because Theo shouts the words right along with everyone. Your nephew is gleefully laughing afterwards, singing and dancing along to the rest of the song. 

The transition between Don’t Blame Me and Look What You Made Me Do literally brings you to your knees. Taylor knows exactly what she’s doing, her electric blue eyes looking for you in the dark and smirking once she does find you. She moves this way and that, hitting high notes after high notes like it’s the easiest thing one could do in the world. 

Before you know it the Speak Now, Red, Folklore and 1989 sets are over. Your eyes are still glued upon the stage where Taylor disappeared, cheeks red and sweat dripping down your back from all the dancing you just did. However a frown is quick to appear on your face when you notice a group of security guards walking towards the VIP tent. 

‘’Andrea, do you know what’s happening?’’ You ask, confused. Taylor’s mother simply shrugs, acting like she is as clueless as you are. Yet you see it, the same glint in the older woman’s eyes that Taylor gets before she’s about to do something either stupid or completely mind-blowing. ‘’You know something. What is it?’’ 

‘’I’m not aware of anything.’’ 

‘’Come on, you’re just messing with me now and I just want to k-‘’ 

‘’Miss Walker? If you could follow us quickly,’’ one man amongst the security says as they stop in front of you. You just look at them with your eyes wide open, not knowing what to do with yourself. The man sighs. ‘’Please? The boss lady is waiting for you on stage.’’ 

‘’W-What for?’’ 

‘’We are not allowed to tell you, I’m sorry.’’ 

Damn you Taylor, trying to make me pass out aren’t you? 

You do as you’re told, but not before you try and fail to make your nephew let go of you. Theo stubbornly stays glued to your body when Robin tries to get him back, stating high and loud that he wants to stay with you or he’ll scream ‘bloody murder’. You just shake your head at your sister and make your way backstage. 

People put you on a platform to raise you up on the stage, not unlike Taylor for her 1989 set earlier. Your heart is beating wildly inside your ribcage, Theo squeezing you with all his might being the only reason you’ve not sent yourself into a full blown panic attack. 

‘’Welcome to the acoustic session!’’ 

The stadium erupts into more cheers if that was even possible. You’re able to hear your soulmate talk about this fun new little tradition that she decided to add for the Eras Tour, and before you know it the platform your nephew and you are on starts moving up. 

‘’Now before you hear the song I chose for you tonight, I actually have a very special guest coming here with me on stage! Would you mind giving a round of applause for my amazing soulmate Charlie? Yeah, come on!’’ 

There is a spotlight tracking your every move when you finally appear on stage, and as a reflex more than anything you turn your head away from the light as well as shield Theo’s eyes from it. 

‘’Well, it looks like we might be getting two special guests tonight!’’ Taylor says into her mic, watching as you stay rooted to your spot. ‘’Little man do you mind telling your aunt that she actually needs to stand before me if she wants her surprise?’’ 

‘’YES AUNTY TAYTAY!’’ Theo screams right into your ear. The stadium erupts into a chorus of ‘Awwwww’ as your nephew jumps down from you and proceeds to drag you towards Taylor. He makes you sit down on the piano stool before assaulting your soulmate with a hug around her waist. ‘’Look I did it TayTay! Are you proud of me?’’

‘’Of course I am Theo!’’ Taylor tells your nephew, ruffling his hair as her mouth nears her mic once again. Her eyes are on you through it all, even as she addresses the crowd. ‘’It’s been a long time since I played this one on the guitar, so I ask that you forgive me if I mess the lyrics up a little, yeah?’’ 

There’s a smirk and ten seconds of notes on the guitar later you immediately recognize the song even before the lyrics come.

You still don’t know why Taylor wanted you on stage for this, yet you’re grateful that you get to experience it from up close. A part of you also wonders if Taylor planned this just to see the blush rising on your face in front of all these people.

You did not realize but Taylor had this tiny black mic-like thing attached to her dress. How did you notice it? 

Your eyes were simply unashamedly checking out your soulmate as she was now walking over to you, talented hands continuing to play the guitar. Theo was especially squirmy at your side, jumping up and down as Taylor got closer to you. 

In your mind your soulmate would just sit down next to you as she finishes her song, it certainly looked like it. And yet… 

Taylor kneels to the floor right in front of you and the entire world stops.

You could hear a pin drop as the whole stadium waited in anticipation for Taylor’s next move, all watching as she put her guitar down on the floor and reached inside a hidden pocket on her dress. Taylor was steady on her knee as she retrieved what she was looking for, a tiny red velvet box. 

Her eyes once again upon you, Taylor smiles as she notices the wonderstruck look on your face. It doesn’t escape her that you have yet to say a single word. But maybe that’s just it, because she knows sometimes you find yourself incapable of uttering a single word, brain thinking ten thousand miles a minutes while your mouth refuses to relay your thoughts. 

And that’s okay, because your soulmate knows. She always does. 

‘’I know when one has to ask this very specific and important question, there is technically this whole speech that you have to prepare, but I find myself thinking that I don’t even need one,’’ Taylor says as she opens the tiny box containing the most beautiful ring you’ve ever seen. You briefly glance at it, tearful eyes quickly going back to your soulmate’s face. ‘’Us two are inevitable. We are soulmates, destined to spend the rest of our lives together. You’re the best thing that’s ever been mine, so why not make it official? Would you make me the happiest person on earth and be my wife?’’ 

Tears immediately go down your cheeks. You want to move, do something, literally anything to make Taylor understand that your answer is very much in the positive. But your body betrays you, staying still with this gobsmacked look upon your face. 

Theo doesn’t seem to be able to wait any longer than is strictly necessary, as before you know it your nephew is shaking your body like a leaf. 

‘’Aunty Charlie stop gay panicking for aunty Taylor and answer her!’’ 

‘’YEAH! What the little boy said!’’ 

‘’Come on say yes!’’ 

‘’Don’t let her get away from you!’’ 

‘’Get a grip and marry her!’’ 

‘’You two love each other!’’ 

‘’BLOODY SAY YES WOMAN!’’ 

Taylor ever so gently puts her hand over your cheek, gently wiping some of your tears away with her thumb. She looks into your eyes, electric blues searching for what she is sure to find. Her hand stills at your neck and it is only then that you find enough strength to nod, if only a little. 

Relief surges through your soulmate as she stands up, dragging you with her, and before all Taylor kisses you with everything that she has. You gasp as her tongue invades your mouth, surrendering yourself over to your one true love like you’ve done it the millions of times before then. Taylor’s hand grasps your thigh to get you to come closer to her, the need to feel you right up against her higher than it ever was before. 

Before long and at your own protest, Taylor lets you go with a last searing kiss on your lips. Your legs are barely able to support your own body when the singer sits down at her piano stool and make you straddle her. Gently, as if you were the most precious thing on earth, Taylor carefully slides the ring on your finger. 

‘’You can’t get rid of me now darling,’’ Taylor whispers to you. She grins as you laugh, hiding your face in the crook of her neck. ‘’Thank you for loving me Charlie, I could never be myself without you.’’ 

‘’You’re the Queen of my Heart, how could I ever let you go?’’ 

No matter what people thought about you, no matter what others might think about you, because in this moment nothing was more important. The world could burn for all you cared, and as Taylor kisses you once again in front of her sold-out stadium, you know you would do anything for her. As she would for you. 

You are her beginning, as she is your ending.

So...I finished the Arlecchino story quest...

This is, by far, the best story quest I have ever done!

First of all, CHILDE?! CHILDE ESCAPING HIS PERSONAL AMBULANCE TO SNEZHNAYA JUST TO COME BACK TO FONTAINE TO ASK SKIRK A QUESTION? Bro is so funny, please-

Wait, actually, yeah please do save him. Pulcinella and Pantalone are both plotting in the background, and they got Childe involved...

I also loved the children! Look at how terrifying they are! They're my absolute faves!!

Lyney cementing the reason as to why Arlecchino chose him as the next King is wonderful to see as well. For some time, I thought Freminet and Lynette had a shot, even with reading their lore. What I have failed to realize is that Lyney really is the inspiration for all of the people in the House of the Hearth. His frustrated and disappointed spiel about Freminet not trusting him with Clervie struck me to the heart. This is an older brother at work here people!

Also if I had a nickel every time a cryo younger brother hid a dangerous secret from his pyro older brother which got them into an argument once the truth came out, I'd have 2 nickels ✌️ (somehow gave me war flashbacks to a scene that doesn't even exist lmao)

LYNETTE IS THE FUNNIEST SIBLING BTW. SHE'S MY QUEEN FOR THIS.

Clervie! Our dearest! I'm not fully sure what part in her design did it, but she barely looks like an NPC somehow. Like, yes, this is still an NPC base model, but... is it perhaps the hair? And the extra lashes??

Also, her calling Arlecchino "Perrie" made me sob. I wasn't ready to hear nicknames!!

The mention of Snezhnayan auroras also made me sob again as well. You know what? This entire thing made me sob.

Clervie's dread and horror at the thought of her own mother, her unrelenting spirit that kept her going in her fight for her fellow peers freedom despite the abuse that she will receive, and her unfulfilled dreams repeatedly being mentioned throughout this quest was heartbreaking.

I do have to say- the animations they released for Arlecchino helped a lot with the emotions we are supposed to feel for this quest. Not only was that good Advertising and promotion for the Arlecchino banner, it also set up the plot that would have not been well presented ingame had they chose to do that instead.

Crucabena and Clervie part of this quest were not the only ones mentioned in this quest, but also that damn dude that she killed with her heels! I personally like the way they released all those animations because the quest feels more emotional and alive now, and we could follow with the story better than before (and it effectively increased the hype)

Speaking of more alive, the facial expressions have definitely improved! This quest had them utilizing various expressions well, specifically for the playable characters, so, again, this really helped with the feel of the quest.

Additionally, adding a picture to scenes also set the tone really well. It's not that pictures have never been included in quests before, but the way these were framed(?) made it look way better than the ones before.

By the way...is it just me? Or did Paimon's voice somewhat mellow out for this quest? I had recently played some other story and world quests, and Paimon's EN voice is admittedly high-pitched and painful to hear in those, but for this quest, it's as if her voice was toned down (like Mondstadt Paimon, but with current Paimon energy). I'm hoping this was them taking the criticism from past and adjusting their instructions to Paimon's VA accordingly, because I loved Paimon's voice in this quest (that or I'm delulu)

Quick lore tidbits before I go back to gushing about this quest:

1. Arlecchino confirmed not from Fontaine (like I legit thought she may be Khaenri'ahn due to the blood moon thing she has going for her, but it's nice to confirm her non-Fontainian status)

2. Crucabena was the one who had a deal with Dottore on sending members of the HotH to him for experimentation. Anyone who was physically impaired or left alive after a duel to death are automatically sent to him. Clervie has described this as a fate worse than death... Peruere rejected Dottore's partnership offer once she became the next knave. Also, Crucabena used Clervie as an "example" for those who wish to escape, meaning Clervie received the most abuse (which apparently worsened as the years went by). Clervie lost hope sometime along the way and was basically suicidal as well by the time she and Arlecchino had their duel... Her mindset by that time is that the only hope for freedom to her is death. The popular theory of Clervie letting Arlecchino kill her is proven in a horrifying way with this discovery... (yes, she wanted Arlecchino to be the king, but at the same time, she took this situation as a chance to hit 2 birds with 1 stone)

3. Project Stuzha is apparently something highly dangerous, and Pulcinella and Pantalone are trying to get Childe and Arlecchino involved (Childe was told to aide the project by Pulcinella, while Arlecchino says she doesnt want the HotH to be involved in it)

4. Here is me reannouncing that I am in fact taking the L on the Freminet and Crucabena situation. Basically, the timeline is that at age 16, Clervie dies, and we are left with a 1 year time period for a 6 year old Freminet to enter under Crucabena (I'm guessing this is either a retcon or a means to hide the Arlecchino plot by not having them directly say mother in Freminet's character story 4). After that said 1 year, Peruere kills Crucabena and has spent several months in Snezhnaya before reviving the House of the Hearth and adopting Lyney and Lynette (perhaps the children of Crucabena's HotH simply stuck together during that time)

Basically, yes, Arlecchino is in her mid-20s. Not my personal cup of tea, but hey, genshin ages are confusing most days (Ayato is older than her, and Ayaka may actually be older than her as well... ugh I need a moment please... I MAY BE THE SAME AGE AS HER. NO-)

5. Freminet used to also call Lyney "brother". What changed that, I'm not sure (and if I had a nickel...), but the thought of baby Freminet following around big bro Lyney and big sis Lynette makes my heart melt. Freminet actually cried after Lyney basically told him how important Fremi is to him, so whoever made Freminet think otherwise... 😡 they better square up because we ride at dawn

THE BOSS FIGHT? IT WAS SO COOL! It was beautifully animated, and the fact that they added this at the end?

The fear on the traveler's eyes upon realization of what true power Arlecchino held was amazing imo. We canonically cannot defeat Arlecchino in her boss fight! She will be a weekly boss that we can defeat, but in actuality, we really cannot beat the number 4 of the Fatui Harbringers.

We now have actual proof that harbringers 1-4 are not within our capabilities to challenge, and to add to that horror, this is us fighting Arlecchino with Lyney, Lynette, and Freminet. This is also actual proof that we, the traveler, cannot defeat a ton of other characters as well! (were cooked if we never get a power boost and plot armor✌️)

Also let me sneak in this picture:

And finally, the last part of my commentary that cemented this quest as my top 1:

Everything Arlecchino has done for the House of the Hearth, it was all thanks to Clervie and her dreams.

Arlecchino has shaped the HotH into a more honest relationship between her as the father and them as her children. Everything Clervie hated about the old HotH is now nonexistent in this version.

The children could be set free.

Duels are not to death.

They will not be sent to their doom if they lose.

This is everything that Clervie dreamed of, and this is everything Clervie tragically never got to see and experience because she lost all hope.

Clervie's story ended in tragedy, but Peruere lived and breathed Clervie's dreams for her anyway. Seeing the aurora was the start of Peruere finding the goal of living Clervie's dream, and now, Arlecchino strives to do her best to see those dreams come to fruition.

And the qualities that Peruere admired in Clervie are the same qualities that made her want Lyney to become the next king. Hopeful, caring, protective, passionate, and full of conviction. Lyney will take the mantle and live and breathe for Clervie's and Peruere's dreams someday.

Honestly, I have more to say, but I think this is a good place to stop for now. The dynamics of all these characters have made this experience worthwhile, and I hope that genshin continues with this sort of style in the future. Here's to more amazing stories from genshin!

11. Water Guardian Square (S2EP17)

This square is very close to the ship Hikawa Maru. It was hard to get a good picture because the sun was so bright lol. This is where Kouyou attacks Atsushi and takes Kyouka with back with her. Then Kunikida comes up with Kenji and delivers the most insane English Dub voice line™ I guess lmao.

After that the guild members landed from the sky and somehow managed to get all of them. I still find it funny that they were just airdropped directly onto this harbor lmao. It seemed like a popular spot for gatherings tho!!

12. Zou no Hana Park (BSD Ending 1 & 2)

A short walk from Yamashita Park. There were many of those little elephants guys around the area, but only one of our little penguin fella. It was right outside what seemed to be a clothing store though, which I ran into first, even before I got to the main bridge area so I had to go back around to get a picture lol.

13. Yokohama Customs Building (S1EP9)

Right across the street from Zou no Hana Park! It is also known as "Queen's Tower" one of Yokohama's famous Three Towers.

14. Shinkou Bridge

Fitzgerald attacks Atsushi and Kyouka and tries to capture Atsushi. This bridge shows up on the way from Zou no Hana Park and when I recognized the bridge it was kinda funny.

15. Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse (S1EP9)

It gave me the feel of a museum but it's actually a shopping mall. There were many restaurants and stores inside and it was packed during lunchtime!

16. Shinkou Circle Walk (BSD Movie: Dead Apple, BSD Opening S3)

I was expecting it to be red. I'm gonna assume Kenji's battle with his ability during Dead Apple ruined it so bad, they had to rebuild the entire thing again and they changed it to silver.

17. Cosmo Clock 21 (S1EP9)

It's kinda sorta close to the Shinkou Circle walk. The entire area is like a mini amusement park!! There were so many games and other rides too which seemed so much fun!! I went on the ferris wheel only, and the ticket was 1,000 yen for a 15 minute ride. It is apparently the world's largest ferris wheel with a clock function!

18. Kanagawa Prefectural Museum of Arts (S1EP9)

I walked around the museum trying to look for the entrance to match the picture and it turned out I just went around in a circle lol

19. Nihon-Odori Station (S2EP20)

Atsushi jumps off Moby Dick and Dazai rescues him from Mark Twain and they temporarily hide here. Honestly I kinda forgot how I got here...I think I boarded the train from Minato Mirai station to get to this station...

But here Artemis is that good mix of being cautious but not afraid of men. PJ Artemis and her group were shocking to me with their behavior and at the beginning, I didn´t like them for that, is good to see her more like a protector of those who need help, rather than a misandry that wants to erase all men (at least that's how I remember her, maybe is all those fic's fault and she was very tame)

All that time with Artemis was a good rest before all going to hell (pun intended) again.

Wondering how Apolo is going to be, I don't really have an opinion about him. Yes, he's obsessed, but so are the rest, so I'm waiting for what's is going to make him different, his own kind of yandere.

He's pretty cute tho, and love being shirtless, so I'm rotting for him.

So, what are your favorite MLP ships? I don't know if you've already been asked this before, but meh

less about being asked, more about me posting them nonstop lmao;

#1 Sunlight - (Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle) Number one and two are interchangable due to my mood, because theyre both incredible, and easily fit on a "favorite ships of all time" list i could make for myself. Sunset and Twilight shipping is to me in general all about potential. And if im talking endgame, the show would have ended so, so much better, if there were two lesbians inheriting the night and day. These two are it, with flying colors. Going from rivals to friends to close friends to lovers that would do anything for eachother, to ruling the world in a golden age together, my goodness, this ship is like the chef's choice at a menu. I also may have written a large fanfic of how i would write an entire season of the show with Sunset on it, heheheheheh. Also worth stating, i concider Sunset x Scitwi To be on the same level, if not being the same ship, even if Scitwi is a diffrent character, if someone loves Twilight Sparkle, they would love her in all her versions. #2 Rarijack - (Rarity and Applejack) Did i say sunlight is the chef's choice at a menu? Rarijack is the whole fucking menu. What more can be said about the legend of how the most beautiful Unicorn and the strongest Earth Pony fell in love? The City girl x Country girl vibes are incredibly strong, the opposites attract is at it's PEAK, and both of these girls can easily concider themselves the luckiest women in the world for having the other. It was the first couple i shipped on the show when i watched passively, 'cause i instantly noticed their potential, and c'mon how couldn't anybody. They're the hydrogen bomb of mlp ships, and they could easily sustain an entire season on their back if it was about their love story, which is, painfully, not canon, like any of these ships. Also i'm literaly writing a fic that takes Shrek 1 and makes it about Rarijack and it's as dumbly amazing as it sounds #3 Startrix - (Starlight Glimmer and Trixie Lulamoon) Honestly this one is easy to ship because it's just endlessly funny. The biggest fail girl that almost destroyed the world falls for the only girl thats a bigger loser than her, and that is endlessly entertaining; specialy because compared to trixie, Starlight is the baddest bitch lmao, and they would hype eachother so much. (insert that post of loser ass gf being hyped up by other cool gf) And there's just an appeal to two unhinged women finding eachother and making eachother... better? worse? I think theyre both at their best when traveling together. #4 Flutterdash - (Fluttershy and Rainbow dash) Fun fact, i didn't ship this until i wrote "the return of midnight sparkle" i just had to write scenes with certain themes, and i realised it would be helpful to further the themes and plot and character development of the protagonist if Rainbow and Fluttershy were macking on eachother. And it grew on me! Daredevil girl and shy girl lift eachother up and improve eachother. Honorable mention: That one ship with with Cadance, Shining armor, and Chrysalis; because it is honestly funny as fuck; no matter how you spin it, be it cadance and chrysalis mack on eachother and shining tolerates it, or the Princess and the Queen have a silent rivalry as they try to be with their himbo, or even if the three of them gross together. it's always funny. (queue chrysalis with the "im not the stepdad im the dad that stepped up" shirt while playing with flurryheart)

• With Rio's interactions towards Agatha throughout this episode I've realized that Rio is Agatha's lapdog, in retrospect it can be seen in episode 1, Rio gives that aura of "I need you like I REALLY NEED YOU" "please look to me"

That whole 'bad girl' image went down the drain the moment she lunged at Agatha and said "I've missed you." And then she proceeded to just do the gayest thing, yes, foreplay with knives and telling Agatha that "yes I do, it's black and beats for u" and licking her hand 🥴

Rio, you don't fool anyone, my dear. That was your way of warning your beloved that she was in great danger without seeing you so weak and needy But clearly YOU ARE weak for Agatha and YOU NEED her (like everyone else on this server lmao 🥵)

Proof of this is that she can't resist hanging around Agatha and she epically fell into Agatha's "trap", Then when Teen is resting from being injured and the other witches are like at a bonfire Rio just seems so casual and confident BUT As soon as Agatha arrives at the party she changes and looks like a scolded child haha

Rio is obviously a lost case, the poor woman is damned in love and blames herself for having ruined her relationship with Agatha which really hurts me!

Agatha was emotionally weak, it was a moment of vulnerability (Because of Teen) in which she let Rio in because they know each other but Rio ruined it by mentioning "that boy isn't your" 😔😭

(really cares about Agatha and wants to protect her, It seems that Rio distrusts Teen or simply does not want Agatha to become too affective with him mistakenly thinking that he is her son)

I guess our queen Harkness will just put her walls back up, I'm very sad for Rio 🥺 Just keep trying and don't give up with your girl!

Today, I want to tell yall about my favorite silly things on each of my deity's altars. I'll show pictures too!!

Please enjoy the nonsense that is about to fall upon your eyes 😎

1. Apollon

My favorite silly thing on Apollon's altar is probably the half used blue haie dye 💀 he loves when I express myself with my hair, so when I put it on there he refused to let me take it off lmao

2. Loki

I kinda hate that he won't let me take this off tbh. It's so funny though. It's a DEAD BATTERY............ He tells me, "that battery is as dead inside as you are" and im like. Wow dad thanks-

3. Artemis

A random butterfly. I don't know if she is associated with butterflies, but it's golden and it broke off of a wall hanging thing. It's really pretty but I laugh when I look at it because it's technically broken but she LOVES it.

4. Aphrodite

Hands down the hello kitty flower agate that I have. I got it from angelrealmco on Instagram which BY THE WAY THEIR SHOP IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! but anyway. Aphrodite adores it, I love it, it's cute and it reminds me of her. Also it represents my inner child a bit!!! So it's a win win.

5. Hades and Persephone

My dead cat's ashes are on there. She was my cat, but she never really spent too much time around me until nearing the end of her life. She always gave me cuddles, and she purred a lot then. I like to think she was peaceful when she passed, even if her passing was painful for her and my family. She died two years ago. While is is sort of depressing, it also gives me hope that my queen and king are watching over her!

6. Zeus and Hera

Dog with a bone. A little stuffed animal hehe. It reminds me that I am safe with these two, even if they used to terrify the living shit out of me 😭

7. Athena

It's literally so funny to me that I have a bobblehead of my first ever college I attended on her altar. I'm technically still attending, but I'm switching in the spring. I love it because to me it's hilarious to have a cowboy on the goddess of war and strategy's altar!!

So as you can see, I am not serious at all when putting together my altars. Like yes there are "normal" associations on them too, but tbh i find the "normal" things BORING. So if you find yourself questioning whether or not your own altar is good enough, especially if you don't have the traditional tools..... I promise you, your deities LOVE it. What matters is the thought you put into your altars. If something reminds you of them, STICK IT ON THERE!!!!!!

And one final note- if you don't have an altar or shrine to a deity, that's okay too :) not everyone is going to want or need one! I didnt have one for a long time because I literally thought it was pointless lmao. Your deities appreciate any work you put into your practice, even if it's just a little bit :)

According to Steve Thompson, an engineer of the Appetite for Destruction album, he stated, “Axl wanted some pornographic sounds on Rocket Queen, so he brought a girl in and they had sex in the studio. We wound up recording about 30 minutes of sex noises.”

Furthermore, in his own words, Axl said, “For that song there was also something I tried to work out with various people - a recorded sex act. It was somewhat spontaneous but premeditated; something I wanted to put on the record.”

I think Axl wanted the moans to sound authentic which is why he used Adriana Smith to fulfill his vision for the song. If you hear his moans on Welcome to the Jungle, it sounds forced, almost a little strained, but it sets a different tone for the song, as opposed to Rocket Queen where Adriana’s moaning sounds soft and smooth with a heightened buildup/climax.

What if she was faking it? Well, that would’ve been a BIG insult towards Axl 🥲 There’s no way Adriana would fake the moans if he was fucking her so good, ya know? I know I wouldn’t lmao. Plus, he told her not to fake it, and I trust that she obeyed his words and didn’t. Maybe Axl would’ve suspected it, based on how her moans sounded, and they would need to re-record everything to make it sound real. He is a perfectionist after all!

Speaking of perfection, a Geffen employee once claimed that Axl had sex several times with two or three other girls on tape, but was unhappy with the results. Perhaps Erin was too shy to do a recorded sex session with him, so Adriana was his last resort.

I’m not sure why Slash was there. I think him, Axl, and Adriana were hanging out together at the studio until Axl proposed to Adriana, by laying his head down on her lap, to help him record moans for Rocket Queen. I suspect a threesome might’ve occurred between them, though. Based on Mike Clink’s words, he explained, “The guys were taking turns fucking this girl in the studio.” I don’t know if the threesome was part of the recording, or just Axl and Adriana’s intercourse, but footage got used 😂

Now, why did Axl choose Adriana? I think it’s more along the lines of Adriana choosing Axl. At the time, Adriana was dating Steven Adler, however, he insisted she wasn’t his girlfriend, just a groupie. That upset Adriana and she wanted to make Steven jealous by sleeping with Axl.

So, Adriana slept with Axl, and was heartbroken when she woke up the next morning to an empty bed. Serves her right tbh. That was her karma for cheating on Steven. Anyways, I don’t think Axl wanted to pursue a relationship with her since he had Erin. Adriana only had one purpose to serve and that was to be featured on the song to achieve Axl’s vision.

Adriana isn’t the first chick Axl left laying on his bed either. In the song, You Could Be Mine, he sings, “I’m a cold heartbreaker, fit to burn. And I’ll rip your heart in two. And I’ll leave you lyin’ on the bed.” It’s evident he’s done this with other women before. All of them could’ve been his, but they weren’t.

What’s funny is the record begins with moaning, from Welcome to the Jungle, and ends with moaning, on Rocket Queen. Coincidence? I think not. Axl knew what he was doing and maybe wanted to open and close the album with some moaning.
